Goes great with cubes of our buttery beer bread!
Garlic & Herb Roasted Potatoes: 6-8 medium sized potatoes, washed and patted dry. 1 package of Garlic & Herb Dip Mix, 1/3 cup of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Dice Potatoes into about 1" cubes and spread on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Garlic & Herb Dip Mix and toss to coat. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes turning half way through.
Garlic Bread: Mix 1 package of Garlic & Herb Dip Mix with 1/2 cup softened butter. Spread on French bread and toast in the oven or on the grill. |
